What payment methods do you accept? What is your lead time?

Currently we accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. T/T and L/C are also acceptable. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. Lead time of standard production is 12 days. Shipping Duration is: approximately 15 days to Southeast Asia, 45~60 days to USA and Europe (including customs clearance).

Can I use the software to select the model?

Yes. For our long-term partners, you can use the software to select the most suitable model of fans, but sending us for recheck is recommended. Before starting up, contact us for the activation code.
Can I get the drawing?

How do I ensure the fan integrates properly with my existing system?

For End User

What if product quality issues arise? What is your warranty period?

If quality issues are found upon receipt, contact our after-sales team immediately with the After-Sales Service Request form. We'll respond within 2 hours and provide repair or replacement solutions as soon as possible. For products under warranty, we cover all parts, repair, and replacement costs. For out-of-warranty products, we offer cost-price repair services. Standard warranty is 12 months from receipt — can be extended with continued cooperation.
